What started as a project within the Erasmus University Rotterdam ecosystem in September 2021 has grown into an international non-profit organisation in 2025 with activities to empower marginalized women from all walks of life across 5 countries. SHELEADS+ Global Foundation is a spinout of Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.
