Who We Are

About Us

SHELEADS+ started as a project within the Erasmus University Rotterdam ecosystem in 2021 and grew into an international non-profit organisation in 2025. We use data-driven insights and entrepreneurship to accelerate women's empowerment. Today, we support marginalised people in 5 countries and connect them to a thriving global network of entrepreneurs and experts. SHELEADS+ Global Foundation is a spinout of Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.
